  ★ application method and dosage of water-based release agent
  1. Before using this product, dilute it with tap water or deionized water to a concentration of 1 ~ 5 times. The specific dilution ratio depends on the material to be demoulded and the requirements for the product surface after the test.
  2. This product is an aqueous system. Do not add other additives to the release agent.
  3. Before using this product, the mold must be pretreated or cleaned, and evenly sprayed or painted on the surface of the mold at the normal processing temperature (it can be sprayed or painted until the release agent is uniform). After the water volatilizes to form an oil film, the raw materials can be poured into the mold to ensure the release effect and the smoothness of the surface of the finished product.
  ★ precautions
  1. This product is a water-based agent. Please use a blender to fully mix evenly before use.
  2. This product has certain irritation. If it is accidentally splashed into the eyes, wash it with clean water immediately. 3. Diluted emulsion should be used on the same day. If it is used every other day, please mix well again.
  4. Pay attention to waterproof. In case of rain, please cover it with canvas to prevent rainwater from scouring and affecting the demoulding effect.
